The first step is to book a free phone consultation. During your free call, we will get to know each other to see if we are a good fit to work together. Your call is 100% no obligation – We are here to answer your questions and to begin to talk you through the process of working with a professional organizer.
Working with a professional organizer is a great way to make changes in your environment by doing things like clearing your cluttered desk and organizing your files. Working with a coach is a great way to make changes within yourself by discovering perspectives and possibilities that you are not currently able to envision. Together, organizing and coaching are a powerful combination that allows you to make changes to your environment based on what is truly important to you.
Each client is an individual, and your organizing process will be as unique as you are. Though we cannot offer a firm time estimate, we can assure you that we will discuss your project goals, your time requirements, and your budget during our phone consultation and again during our planning session. We will also discuss what is realistic given these factors, and how we can best use the resources you have available to achieve your goals.
Yes! All of the work we do together will be customized to you. With many of our clients, we will start with systems they’ve self-created, building on what works and changing what does not. There is no perfect system. In fact, the only useful system is the one you will actually use.
Stand alone coaching sessions are conducted by phone, with each session lasting 45 minutes. We can use stand alone coaching as a complement to our hands-on organizing sessions by meeting between those sessions to check on your progress, or as our primary way of working together by working via phone to help you design and carry out actions that support your organizing + productivity goals.
Nope. We can assure you that this is a fear that many of our clients have, and there is no need to worry. There is no worst. You are an individual, and the circumstances that lead you to contact us are unique. Your current organizing challenges are simply part of your story, and they will ultimately help us decide how we want to pave the path forward together.

Yes, absolutely. We adhere to the code of ethics for both the National Association of Professional Organizers and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, both of which include strict confidentiality. If you see us using client names, photographs, or testimonials it is because that client has given us explicit permission to do so. We can discuss any specific privacy concerns you have during your phone consultation.
